Waitrose - what have you done?nYou have turned your store in Hampton into no more than an overpriced Co-opnYour website for the store still says it has a meat counter, please visit the store. The meat counter has gone!!nWhen we visited there was only one checkout and that was closed so everbody either has to go through the manned till for those who have a basket or the self-scanned tills for those who have a trolleynSorry you have lost my custom for ever and a day.nThere is more to life than just profit
This is by far the worst Waitrose I have stepped into and it’s simply due to shopping experience and not the range of products offered. Staff in this store are often busy chatting and openly talk about shoppers in person or on radio and make fun of customers and are anything but helpful. I find myself actively avoiding this shop unless I really have to.
I went to this store today and was delighted by the great selection of products, however I did not appreciate being watched over by security every time I went to pick up an item and put it in my shopping basket. He then watched over intensely as I was paying for my shopping. Once I left he was no longer at the door but rather standing by the cashier checkout so his only duty was to watch me. I am happy to file a formal complaint or speak to the store manager about this as it was blatant that he was only following me because I am black. I can also point out the person if need be.
How long you can repair coffee machine? It is out of order 2 weeks already marked with lovely hand made sign. Unprofessional, brand damaging, unreliable
I, a 25 year old man who also looks 25, with a beard and all drove to this store, my local store where I’ve been going for years, to buy one packet of paracetamol and ibuprofen. They refused to serve me because I couldn’t prove I was 16 . Brought the manager down and everything, showed him a photo of my id but no they could ‘get in trouble’. Pathetic.
