We have been to other branches and this one was not right. It was cold and they did not bother to turn on heating, floors were cold and it's not nice for toddlers to be in a cold place but staff did not care. Our baby is only 17 months and one of the staff came up to us and was asking if he can walk independently, which if you observe you can see he cannot walk unaided.
As play cafes go there's are others locally which are much better value. My daughter had a lovely time and the staff were lovely, but I probably wouldn't opt to come here again. I was expecting more for having paid a bit above average and then parking on top of that.
My daughter had the best time here, so much for the little ones to do with a good variety of different role play rooms. And the price is so reasonable and you get 90 minutes to play which is amazing, we will definantly be back soon.
Lovely venue for little ones to explore and use their imagination! My son loved the supermarket and the construction area, and the bike/vehicle track. The space is a little crowded when kids and adults are in it, but on the day we were there, there were only about 16 kids and my son didn’t struggle to find things to play with. There’s a little cafe which is great for a snack and a drink, and there is ample seating in the bench area in the front. We really enjoyed the visit there and will be back!
Great space for little ones. Visited mid week on a wet day with my 4year old.nIt was recommended by my partners friend. So many toys in the rooms, my son 4 had a fantastic time making me food in the cafe. Staff were really friendly, and spent some time playing in the supermarket with my son. It was also great fun for adults, really nice place to spend time with my boy. Was surprised to hear how long its been open, clearly well looked after, the place is so clean. Good coffee too, we ordered on the way out. We will be back.
