Oh my goodness! I am so glad that we picked The Little Portland Cafe for breakfast. My son wanted a traditional English breakfast and we picked this Cafe based on the reviews. The food was delicious, the portions were massive, and the service was fast and friendly. My husband and son had the Big Breakfast and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I tried the Porridge and it was the best I’ve ever had, and very easy in the pocket book. Highly recommend this cafe!

Soul food with soul filled service! Searched this place out based on a Gary Eats review on our trip from NZ. Loved every aspect of this experience, honest food cooked just right. Really tasty sausage, big mug of good coffee, and the apple/blueberry crumble with custard was the nicest thing eaten in London so far! It’s right in central London but feels like it’s down the road from home with owners warmth making this just extra special! Every day people, friendly, relaxed environment, really good food.
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing breakfast at Little Portland Cafe, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The Big Full English Breakfast was simply spectacular, complemented perfectly by a delicious spinach soup. Both dishes were served in generous portions, ensuring a satisfying start to the day, and all for very reasonable prices. Despite being a smaller establishment, the cafe impresses with its cleanliness and tidiness, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. What truly sets Little Portland Cafe apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. Their attentiveness was remarkable – I was asked multiple times if everything was to my satisfaction and if I needed anything else, which made me feel genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a fantastic breakfast experience, Little Portland Cafe is the place to go. Their combination of delicious food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service is unbeatable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Honestly, I couldn’t be any happier when I went to this place. Little place a bit busy when we got there and you know what to expect when you see a lot of people waiting to be seated, it’s gonna be good. And trust me when I said, this is a good place. Very humble, very “honest” and friendly, very good overall. The quality of the food is good, the prices are reasonable as we’re talking about central London. I mean, this is a very good place and you shouldn’t be having breakfast at pret or costa, you should be supporting locals like this one! Highly recommend it.
One of my favourite cafes discovered in London! The service was excellent, staff were so cute and friendly. The food was so delicious, we got breakfast at first but ended up getting lunch to go for our train ride. The location is fantastic because it’s on a no car road so sitting out on the patio was so relaxing. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
This is a greasy spoon cafe at its best. Huge traditional menu, who these days offers bubble n squeak? This place serves good honest food with a smile, we went back a few times, it was that good. Plus no long waits, food is ordered and bosh, its on the table. Great staff and a good crack. It must be good because the place is full of locals. Do yourself a favour and try this place out, you will not be dissapointed.
What a place! Genuine old school cafe that is run like like a well-ordered ship. Everyone knows what they are doing, and even thoe it was packed to the rafters, l had my order taken after 1min, my excellent breakfast was on the table 5 min later. The table l was sitting at was broken and even that didn't annoy me, watching this cafe run makes me feel good about the world... that's there's still people out there who care about doing their job well.
Excellent little cafe just off Regent Street. Only ever had the breakfast here which is always excellent and incredible value for money. Staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the areaFood: 5/5
