"We are a tiny therapy space in North Leeds dedicated to empowering and facilitating the healing of women and LGBTQIA+ folk.Our space is home to two holistic practitioners, Ella and Frances, both have huge amounts of knowledge in their fields. Each have personal experience with chronic ill-health which guides their practice and allows them to offer huge amounts of empathy and nurture.We are passionate about healing. The Spring retreat was just gorgeous, the venue was stunning and the whole planning and execution of the day was outstanding. I left genuinely feeling lighter. It really helped ground me and see for the first time in ages some perspective of the person I want to be and the goals I want to achieve, for the two weeks after I was buzzing with so much wonderful energy and ideas. Ella and Frances not only expertly parted their wisdom, but facilitated a really beautiful and safe space to connect and make new friends, the workshop with Christian from Golden Hour was a really lovely addition, again I learnt so much and now use my room spray as part of my morning daily routine. Alongside this and I know many said so on the day the breakfast and lunch was so so delicious, so so worth and money! Thanks so much ladies! You smashed it!
I recently had a massage with Jess at The Pink Room & cannot recommend enough! I filled in a consultation form before my appointment & had a chat with Jess about the areas I would like her to focus on. I felt so relaxed after my appointment & have done ever since. My favourite place in Leeds! I have had massages with Ella and Reiki healing with Frances and both are incredible therapists who take the time to understand your needs and tune into your energy. They are both super helpful and try their best to accommodate your needs and are super inclusive and attentive. I always feel so much better after their therapies. The shop is beautiful and feels like home, so cozy and well decorated, and it always smells amazing with different aromatherapy blends, you feel instantly relaxed. I have also bought little things there as they sell beautiful items which you can treat yourself to or to gift a loved one. I totally recommend that you treat yourself to The Pink Room
Wow! The Pink Room is a little safe space for me! I love all the details gone into the room!! It really is calm and relaxing environment, It also makes me feel like an empowered female . The items in the room for sale are such a wide range and helpful to anyone. The girls offer so much advice on the social media page which I love learning about it. I have been doing weekly yoga sessions with Ella these have been really useful and she has taught me so many techniques that I can use in my day to day life. She has great insight to mental health which has been amazing to me! Her advice is very useful and I can practice this daily. She has helped me with my confidence with my MH and is teaching me the holistic approach which is something i am very keen to learn about. She listens to me and helps to cater the sessions to the support which is needed the most. I used to have weekly massages prior to that which I always felt safe during the massage. She would always ask me what I felt comfortable with and focus in the areas that needr support. In all my sessions with Ella she has always listened to me and I always walk away feeling relaxed! I get lots of feedback from my friends that I look glowing and relaxed after seeing Ella Ps you should get the facial she does!! My skin after that felt amazing!!
I had a truly wonderfully relaxing ayurvedic masssge therapy session with Jess. I felt light as a feather after my treatment. Would highly recommend Jess.
This isn’t just a shop, it’s a haven! During the week it’s a collective of talented therapists, using their extensive holistic skills to make the lives of their clients better. At the weekend, it’s a shop full of creative and pampering products, positive vibes and a massive welcome. Whatever The Pink Room has, it needs bottling and sharing. I love it
The Pink Room is a wonderful place. I had a deeply relaxing session with Frances, who is so welcoming, nurturing and friendly. The Pink Room feels like a safe haven amidst the bustle of Leeds city centre & I’m very much looking forward to returning soon.
The Spring Empowerment Day was a beautifully nourishing day. Every little detail was well thought out with love poured into it. It was an inclusive event and no experience as necessary. Food was gorgeous and plentiful. I felt so relaxed and empowered and can't wait for the next one
