They were outstanding! I contacted a few agencies at first, and Little Ones was by far the best agency. The consultant of Little Ones in charge of us, Rosie, did really care for us. She was always quick, responsible, supportive, and just wonderful. I made multiple questions and requests, and she tried to help us every time. Also, the consultant worked as a team, together with her manager, and that gave me more relief and trust, as I felt that when I’m in trouble at some point in future, there will be multiple people from Little Ones who will support me. I am glad that I contacted Little Ones.

By far the best agency I have dealt with, the attention to detail is second to none, I dealt with James who went above and beyond , we have the most amazing nanny/housekeeper via little ones we are so happy with her. Definitely use this company, they provide a good quality and quantity of candidates to choose from. They also offer an aftercare service to help with paying the tax, which is amazing they do it all for you for a fee which I feel is good value . Nothing was to much trouble
Lewis Musk at Little Ones has been superb supporting our family to find the right housekeeper to work with us. Always positive and always on the ball providing quality candidates for us to meet with. My consultant Rosie is currently handling my profile, I met her for an interview just a week after she started and to was as if she had being doing it for ages! Not only was she patient with me I'm not the most concise when explaining things but she is thorough and kind, very understanding of my situations and needs.
