If you need a care home with someone who can no longer care for themselves, then please don’t send them here. This home is understaffed and basically left to die.nMy father in law was here for three weeks and in that time he deteriorated. He was sent to hospital knowing it was his end of life. It really was no need and the state he was in was awful. The whole experience has been totally heartbreaking.
If you have a relative who you need a home for then forget this place. They totally let down my father. Put upstairs and left to fend for himself. He survived for three weeks and sadly passed away soon after that. The home is understaffed and the care he needed was not sufficient enough for his needs. He could not even die with dignity and was sent to the local hospital where they knew they could not do anything for him but still carried on trying to treat him. He was not allowed to stay for his final hours and died in a resuscitation cubical. A horrible end to such a lovely man.
