A good value pub with an extensive menu selection and tasty grub too! Seniors 2 course menu is only £4.99, two classic main courses for £10.99, kids/small appetites menu... friendly staff and excellent service. Will be back.
We Found This Diamond Greene King Pub And We Weren't Dissapointed. Meals Were Very Reasonable Plenty Of Choice For Everyone. Drinks Prices You Wouldn't Say No To. Staff Cheerful And Courtious And Efficient. Cleanliness Impecable And Bright Surroundings. Will Be Back. Ideal For Family's And Within Everyone's Budget.
Food was nice and service quick, place was generally clean and tidy. Bar staff insisted they don't accept Great British Pub gift card, upon checking with the gift card provider and Greene King they advised they do accept it so bar staff should not have refused it.
Best Green King we ever been, the food is so tasty and staff are very nice. Would definitely come back again.

Only 3 of us eating last night. Ordered food to be served over an hour later with no warning of waiting times. I ordered medium rare steak but it came more than well done. Another couple sent their food back 3 times as it wasn't cooked properly. A small, dark hair waitress asked us how our food was so I told her it wasn't good, showed her the steak and she just walked away. Second to none customer care!! Don't bother asking in future! A barman asked and when I told him about our experience he immediately issued a refund. There is some good staff there, shame some let the place down.
Dog friendly and very welcoming! We had a party of 9 with a giant dog and we were well looked after. Slight delay on one meal but everyone ordered from the app and came quickly!! Would return and food was lovely
In Blyth visiting family and needed somewhere for lunch. I often look for a Greene King Pub. This is a Flaming Grill and so I know what to expect menu wise. Sometimes the food can be off point but Foxhunters was bang on. The food was excellent. The staff were excellent. The service was quick. It was steak Tuesday so I had the Sirloin. Asked for medium and the chef had it perfectly medium. My wife tried the spicy steak skewer. Really tender steak was great. It was busy and I can see why. Family atmosphere and dog friendly. Great job guys.
Great food at a great price. Friendly staff especially Wendy who was very helpful. You just need to do something about the toilets -they are always grubby.
For a quick pub lunch it is great. Some good GF options too. Service was fantastic, super friendly and helpful.
