OMG, love this place. Food great, tea for two could easily be for three! As many refills as you want. Food is perfect, tables, floor, room very clean, great atmosphere. On a hot day it was lovely & cool still. Waitress service 5. Quick service too for a Saturday afternoon. I'm soo coming back & bringing the rest of the family. Thank you everyone. Great experience.
LOVE this place. Firstly you are welcomed to the smell of baking/cookie dough so whats not to love!. The decor is lovely with a cabinet full of sexy looking cakes and cheesecakes. We had the sharing dunkin box which was massive. They cooked it fresh so everything was hot and fresh. The waffles are to die for and all of the sauces were like actual chocolate! Incredible! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The menu and options you can have go on for days! We would 100% go back.
Delivery takes hours, can never get through to the line. Quality has gone downhill, been ordering for years but unfortunately this will be the last time. Everything is SO stingy now for what you pay. Smallest drizzle of sauces, barely any toppings on the waffles, cookie dough is way thinner than it used to be. I don’t mind paying when it’s quality, hence why I used to always order but the past 3 times have been appalling. Need to sort the quality out and actually answer the phone so your paying customers can reach you.
What an awful business!nOrder never arrived, called multiple times and was told it was on its way, it never materialised . Within seconds of leaving a bad review on just eat they called me stating it had been delivered before I even made the first phone call which was a lie! They then changed the delivery status on the app and refused to refund. Unfortunately for them I had already taken a screen shot of the order still being out for delivery at 10pm! Good businesses try to make things right for their customers, not lie and lie and lie! When looking at more recent reviews on Just eat this seems to have become quite a common occurrence.
absolutely vile service and food, waited 2 HOURS for it come freezing cold and rock hard. kept changing delivery times and it came at half 12 bare in mind ordered at half bloody 10, crepe was full of chocolate like a bloody pool of it got all over my bedding and lot, cookie dough were rock hard and also covered in chocolate clearly not presented well. and because it took so long to come icecream were melted may aswell of made it into soup fuming aint the word. would say taste over presentation but didnt taste too good either, sort yourself out cant even call yourself a dessert place if im honestnps: crepes are raw food poisoning incoming i want a refund and also MY PARTNER ABOUT CHOKED ON THE POT PLASTIC COMING OFF
