Ordered once and it was amazing, so ordered again and it was absolutely dreadful. The food and service were very very poor. Ordered at 9pm, food arrived at 10:55. Rang the shop multiple times, kept being told it was on the way, the lady said it had left the shop 10 minutes ago, when it arrived it had been sat in the car 50 minutes, was told the driver had a drop off before mine. Food finally arrived it was ice cold and soggy, I rang the shop and she said “it won’t be cold it’s been sat in a hot bag” forgetting it had been sat in a “hot bag” for 50 minutes The ice cream was like water from melting, the whole order looks like slop, I’d amended my order to remove the raspberries and to add extra strawberries like I had the first time ordering, the first time it was loaded with strawberries and absolutely amazing, this time round there were 8 strawberry slices. Told the lady I wasn’t happy with the service as the order was nearly £30, she told me they could send another or add one to my next order which I didn’t want as I won’t be ordering again and had gone off the idea. I asked for a refund she said they don’t do that and to go through just eat. Was looking at the reviews on just eat afterwards and saw that this was regular occurrence. Also wasn’t aware they only have a 3 star rating The driver didn’t speak, just handed the food over in silence and walked off. Was going to ask the driver if he would wait whilst I checked the food as I already knew it was going to be cold so he could confirm it was cold and could have took it back with him, just overall disappointed, the lady kept making excuses about the delay, reassuring me each time that the food wouldn’t be long and to call back if it was not there within 10 minute, I’d ring back she’d ring the driver and then tell me it was another 15 minutes away. This happened multiple times. Mind boggling
First time ordering, took advantage of the discounted Oreo waffle and then a full price strawberry Bueno waffle.nConsidering we are a 15 minute drive away we found delivery to be pretty quick 40mins and the desserts were still warm and ice cream still frozen.nnReally delicious waffles and we will be ordering again!
Lovely crepes when they’re not over cooked. Me and my pals are returning customers and collection takes forever even when i order on the app every time and select a time or asap yet they take their sweet time. You expect to turn up and your order be ready not be waiting 15-20 minutes. Very disappointing as food can be lovely
Ordered at 9:35 pm didn’t get the order until 11:20 pm way too long to wait for it considering it then needed heating up after it arrived …. Oreo milkshake we ordered was that thick had to eat it with a spoon. It wasn’t horrible did taste nice but waiting over an hour and half for some deserts after paying £30 definitely wasn’t worth the wait. Never had an issue before so not sure if it was just because of it being Saturday and valentines but overall not satisfied with tonight’s service. Not to slander the company as overall genuinely good but might want to look at busyness before ordering and maybe they can hire more drivers to work on busier peaks to allow for delivery timings
This review isn’t even worth 1 star the desserts I’ve just had delivered are stupidly over priced! My child needed more than an adults portion! The ‘Victoria Sponge Cake’ we ordered was frozen, stale like eating processed dog meat not that I’ve tried it and they can’t even offer a refund and telling me they will send missing items which is patheticnnIn my eyes, the staff want sacking or the Sutton in Ashfield branch wants closing down and get a better dessert shop in Sutton in AshfieldnnUseless
