Had the chance to try one of our Dunkin Boxes today and it definitely didn’t disappoint!nnThe presentation was fantastic, with a great variety of sweet treats including waffles, mini pancakes, fresh strawberries, bananas, raspberries, brownie bites, and a selection of delicious dipping sauces. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and packed with flavour.nnThe waffles were light and fluffy, the fruit was fresh and juicy, and the brownie pieces were rich and indulgent. Having different sauces to dip and mix with everything made it even better. It’s perfect for sharing with friends, family, or as a treat for yourself.nnNot only does it look amazing, but the quality and portion size make it excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a dessert box that offers a bit of everything, I would highly recommend giving the Dunkin Box a try.
This place is absolutely dirty. Opened at 3pm we arrived for out afternoon tea booking at 4.30pm. Floor was filthy, menus had food all over them more than one. Finally got drinks after being there 40 minutes and it wasn't busy. Cokes arrived glasses was filthy with milk residue still on the glasses and the coke inside had milk floating on top. Took a further 15 minutes to get a fresh drink thankfully in a clean glass. We had 3x afternoon teas paid over £90 6 small triangle sandwiches on the top tire with hard stale bread. Shocking for the price paid. As for waffles they was lovely only thing that was nice. Will not be coming back. And to add someone had wee'd on the toilet floor. Very poor for something that wasn't cheap
Ordered once and it was amazing, so ordered again and it was absolutely dreadful. The food and service were very very poor. Ordered at 9pm, food arrived at 10:55. Rang the shop multiple times, kept being told it was on the way, the lady said it had left the shop 10 minutes ago, when it arrived it had been sat in the car 50 minutes, was told the driver had a drop off before mine. Food finally arrived it was ice cold and soggy, I rang the shop and she said “it won’t be cold it’s been sat in a hot bag” forgetting it had been sat in a “hot bag” for 50 minutes The ice cream was like water from melting, the whole order looks like slop, I’d amended my order to remove the raspberries and to add extra strawberries like I had the first time ordering, the first time it was loaded with strawberries and absolutely amazing, this time round there were 8 strawberry slices. Told the lady I wasn’t happy with the service as the order was nearly £30, she told me they could send another or add one to my next order which I didn’t want as I won’t be ordering again and had gone off the idea. I asked for a refund she said they don’t do that and to go through just eat. Was looking at the reviews on just eat afterwards and saw that this was regular occurrence. Also wasn’t aware they only have a 3 star rating The driver didn’t speak, just handed the food over in silence and walked off. Was going to ask the driver if he would wait whilst I checked the food as I already knew it was going to be cold so he could confirm it was cold and could have took it back with him, just overall disappointed, the lady kept making excuses about the delay, reassuring me each time that the food wouldn’t be long and to call back if it was not there within 10 minute, I’d ring back she’d ring the driver and then tell me it was another 15 minutes away. This happened multiple times. Mind boggling
First time ordering, took advantage of the discounted Oreo waffle and then a full price strawberry Bueno waffle.nConsidering we are a 15 minute drive away we found delivery to be pretty quick 40mins and the desserts were still warm and ice cream still frozen.nnReally delicious waffles and we will be ordering again!
This was our first time visiting, and it will definitely be our last. We chose this place because the menu and photos looked great, but it was a total letdown. We ordered an iced mocha, hot chocolate, and brownie.nnThe iced mocha was made completely wrong it tasted exactly like cold hot chocolate with no coffee at all. We know the staff member didn’t know how to prepare it properly because she told us so herself. The brownie also didn’t match the appealing pictures we’d seen beforehand.nnFor nearly £20, the quality was unacceptable. You’re much better off going somewhere like Costa, where you get consistent, properly made drinks and value for money.
