From the very start, contacting the garage to seeing and test driving the car two days later to collecting the car a further 4 days later,  a completely first class experience. One it seems I have not experienced for sometime especially with a large company. This was a very impressive service, just so thorough and professional. The knowledge and advice of our sales executive was incredible and never once did I feel pressurised. The hand over of the car was so detailed and took around 45 minutes. The car was covered until I was ready to drive it away and the vehicle was absolutely spotless, not a tiny blemish anywhere, it was like  receiving a brand new car when the car was actually 2 years old. The service I received was second to none and completely flawless. I am extremely happy and very satisfied with the service I received and the product.

Decided to travel a long way especially to this dealers as recommended by friends, I would have been happy to travel double. The whole experience has been great and so happy with our new Golf GTI, cannot fault how we were treated as new customers from the first warm smile and hot coffee. It just felt so relaxed and all the staff so friendly, yet very professional at such a busy time of year for them.

I recently purchased a used VW Golf from Listers Volkswagen in Worcester. From my initial phone enquiry about a vehicle I'd seen online, right up to the point it was bought and delivered, everything was handled superbly by the sales executive - Richard Wakefield. Richard was very friendly and professional. He  offered me a competitive price for the new vehicle and my part exchange; he made speedy email/phone replies to any queries I had; and the videos he took of the vehicle to view remotely were very helpful. After the sale Richard explained all the added features of the car and associated apps thoroughly and came across very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Listers and specifically Richard if you are looking to buy a vehicle in that area or even if you travel out of area as I did.

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. No pressure at all. A great place to buy a car from. Love the Golf.  Would definitely recommend Listers.Thank you Alex.
