I joined the class to see if it would help my mobility. Wan-Ley is clearly an experienced and proficient teacher. He approaches the class with a lightness which helped me feel relaxed. His teaching is clear and patient. The 90 minute class went quickly. I felt physically tired and mentally invigorated after the class. Definitely would like to keep turning up to this class.
My first class today. Was made very welcome by Wan-Ley Yueng. The class is mixed abilities, ages and genders which made it so refreshing. Wan-Ley was easy to listen to and made you feel as though you can do this. Can't wait for next class.
I joined Wan-Ley's Tai Chi class recently and have been thoroughly enjoying it after having been interested for a while! Wan-Ley is an incredible knowledgeable teacher. I always come out of the classes fully invigorated and feeling excellent in my body and mind!
A thoroughly enjoyable class with Wan-Ley as a knowledgeable and welcoming instructor. I had been looking to begin Tai Chi for a while and am so glad I came across this class. The flow of the movements synchronous with breath work left me feeling really energised - it was so helpful that Wan-Ley offered fascinating insights into the Taoist philosophy underpinning the practice also. I’m really looking forward to the rest of the course!
Fantastic class with a great bunch of like minded people. I thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills that work the body internally, really looking forward to developing my knowledge and becoming fluent in the moves. Wan-ley is a great teacher
Wan Ley is an amazing teacher, he is very calm and very informative. This was my first tai chi class. The atmosphere is very relaxed and fun. I am looking forward to continue my journey into this art. I recommend anyone to give this a go.
Attended my first class this week in Salford and loved it! Variety of ages and abilities and Wan-Ley was very approachable. Made it a fun and friendly atmosphere!
I have really enjoyed practising my first Tai Chi lesson at Salford Taoist Centre. Really supportive, inspiring and engaging teacher.
I enrolled for the beginners 4 week Tai Chi with Wan-Ley and I’m going back for my 3rd session on Friday. I have found the experience very welcoming and excellent so far and would recommend the class to everyone. Regards Paul.
Went to my first Lishi class at Langworthy Cornerstones yesterday. I really enjoyed it. The instructor was clear, easy to follow and patient with a beginner. I enjoyed the afternoon, was afraid 1hr 30 would be a bit long but it flew by, very instructive and entertaining.
