The new Lisburn Health Center. Parking is horrific with in the new multi storey with spaces far too tightly packed in. Park at your own risk!nCannot get my head around the phone triage system for laganview. Why do we have to be pitted up against each other having to make hundreds or redials for an appointment given in 3 weeks time? Makes no sense.nHazel, the treatment nurse was lovely and friendly. Felt sorry for her, stuck in a room reading 25.5 degrees at 9am because they didn’t put air con in a £41million building. Shocking.
Thankfully its very rare we need the doctors in our family because you can never get through on the phone and when u eventually do its an automated service to tell you that all call backs have been taken. Can they not go back to the way it used to be instead of this phone first malarchy. And then u have to put pressure on the a&e for something ur doctor can sort honestly this worlds gpin nuts. New practice was meant to run smoother its still the same
I’m glad my hard earned tax payers money is spent on a new building that the GP’s can sit in and REFUSE to see patients or sit with the phone off the hook. Send them back to the old health centre they don’t deserve anything nice when they ain’t even doing their job they are paid to do.
Had to get bloods done today 13/12/2023 12.20 pm after post surgery. At the moment I’m in a wheelchair. We couldn’t find a disabled spot anywhere so ended up driving up levels to find an ordinary space. Due to this I ended up 10 mins late. My husband went to check me in and was told clearly by level 3 receptionist we were late. My point is at my last appointment I was early and ended up waiting over half an hour before getting called. ??????????
While my GP is very very good, the telephone service is hopeless. On the rare occasion that I try to contact the practice it is almost impossible as the general enquiries line is constantly engaged and there is no queuing system for calls, hence repeatedly cut off until you just give up.
