This is a good and busy place. You have to wear a mask while entering which you can take off when at the bowling alleys. This place also has snacks and a bar so in an hour that we visited the place it looked a nice place and I'll definitely be visiting the place again.
Excellent bowling spot with food on site and a few extra arcade games as well. One of the few places that allows you to book the bowling for an hour rather than for a game or two. Extremely fair price for what you get. The food however is slightly expensive so I would recommend dining elsewhere.
Great fun for all ages , great parking easy ground floor level access , each individual bowling alley is safely cordoned off , during these uncertain times of C19 it's advisable to book you slot online or by telephone so not to be disappointed. The Bowling building is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink and is straight across from a large leisure water pool.
Great venue for a fun bowling experience and in our case a children's party event with automatic digital scoreboards which are very helpful. A very nice restaurant, Blaze, on site also
If I could give zero, I would. Took my son here for his 5th birthday on Saturday. Paid for one hour of bowling and was not informed on booking that our time would be reduced if we were late. The person behind the counter took a very long time to check us in as he could not find my booking on the computer- another 10 minutes of my time wasted. Ended up getting half an hour for nearly £30!!! Explained my dismay to the rude and unapologetic manager who told me there was nothing she could do. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. She then proceeded to have a member of staff follow me and my family while we were collecting our stuff from the lane- like we were children up to no good. Absolute disgrace, and no follow up to an email I sent outlining my concerns. Do not waste your money!
Whilst I had no problem or my children had any problems with the bowling venue there was a lady behind the counter wearing a blue T-shirt telling me that the strike And share deal didn't carry 2 sides although in the front window it said it did and when I pushed her for it she told me that's the way the manager wants it I said can I speak to the manager she said No abruptly. Very disappointed in her attitude And thenGave us the sides as if they were doing us a favour when that favorite cost 50 pounds. Very poor customer service
Had a great experience, we brought 30 kids from our local club for an end of year celebrations, we had an hour of bowling, then food and drink in the Blaze restaurant, the staff were fantastic and a great night had by all.
Wow. Saw places like this in USA and EU. Super spot. Expensive with kids. But a good spot for young people to meet and have fun. Sell beer etc. Too. An location is spot on if you are in Lisburn.
Have been a few times to Lisburn Bowl and we love it. We find it always clean and tidy. The atmosphere is great and not too noisy. There is a games arcade while you are waiting to bowl which will clear out all your coins from the wife's purse. They also have a lovely looking restaurant but have not eaten there so can't give a review of it yet.
Enjoyable time, great location. Only flaw and frustration was the new bowling experience. Kept crashing, hard to reload the app as Internet isn't great inside. Kids kept wanting different lane themes, so by the time we actually got it to work, we didn't get to finish the game!
