Lisa does an excellent job with nails but her and her partner not very professional in their customer services approach, from feeling like one of their valued customers i am now feeling like an inconvenience when arriving to have my nails done, do these people forget i am paying them for a service? 
After waiting for almost an hour after my appointment time earlier in the year i told "T" that it was unacceptable to expect someone (anyone), with an appointment to wait that long! His reply was that it doesnt happen that often! Mine it shouldnt happen at all and i walked away as most of the 90 minute parking time was up.

Since then his arrogance and ignorance towards me has made me so misserable when going there that ive decided i no longer want to torture myself with both of them shmooshing up to other cystomers they have as regulars whilst her barely managing to speak to me and him not acknowledging me at all.

Do Lisa and T not realise it is about the whole experience? And I have explained to Lisa on numerous occasions that i cant relax my fingers as they are riddled with arthritis but still she insists on saying it about ten times whilst doing a back fill, and doing a little laugh which makes me feel rather embarresed and foolish with the other customers.

Definitely worth having your nails done here, but as for being a regular customer who once complained and now made to feel invisible i dont think ill be returning. 😢
