Update: July 22 - I completed my challenge of the Tour Divide race in sub 25days. 2650miles in 24days 7 hours. Self supported off road race. Thank you to Steve for his OCD approach to bike fitting that made it possible. Many people scratched from the race with knee / neck / foot issues but I can safely say I didn't have a single niggle at all. I very rarely write reviews but in this instance will make an exception. I discovered LIOS bikes when searching for a highly recommended bike fitting service on the South Coast. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Steve seriously knows what he is doing, complemented by the best high end facilities. He was able to tailor my bike fit for a 2800mile ultra endurance ride across Canada, through the USA and into Mexico. Whether its a bike fit, servicing or sales LIOS know their stuff and everything is done with the upmost attention to detail. Sometimes it's the small things that show you they know they care and are passionate about bikes through and through... Like their mtb show bikes having the tyre logos and valves lined up...if you know the "rules" you know. Have recommended LIOS to my friends already who have also started to use them for bike fits etc. If you need anything related to bikes LIOS is your 1 stop shop. Thanks for sorting me out and I will be back for one of those uber nice full sus LIOS bikes in the future.
Love my Bullet! I bought it ex-demo so didn't get the full made to measure service, but the customer service has been amazing and the bike is beautiful and has taken me up some of my local climbs faster than I've ever been.

If your looking for a bike fitting, I would 100% recommend getting it done here. I felt looked after from the moment I turn up to when I left. Been riding my Exactor now for a few months and I can’t imagine riding anything else ever again, an absolutely fantastic bike. The customer service is easy to engage with and they had all the answers to my questions, and the fact that a bike fit is including in the bike fit is bizarre. Couldn’t speak any higher of the bike, the company, and I have no end of people dropping their jaw when I pass them out on the roads.
Recently took my road bike to Lios for the first time for a ‘full’ service, very impressed - the bike feels as new, shifting super fast again. Highly recommend!
I had been looking for a bike fit for some time before opting to use LIOS. I broke my neck 6 months ago so I needed a in-depth review/fit. Steve’s knowledge and patience made this an calm and thorough fit. I really can’t recommend it enough.
I contacted LIOS Bikes reference a bike fit and the service and communication were top notch from the beginning. Steve went out of his way to squeeze me in to the calendar to make sure I got a fit done before a major event in June. The fit was professionally done and Steve explained each stage really well. I've done a few tough miles since the bike fit and had none of the previous knee or back pains. Thank you very much and I will be recommending you to my friends.
What a great service, such nice people and more than happy to help and go beyond what’s needed. I had a small bike issue and Steve suggested I pop in with the bike, thinking it might be a few days, but no - he looked at my bike and sorted to problem within a few hours. I will be back for sure. OH! And they do some awesome bikes, well worth a visit!
