
The Linton Hotel and Steakhouse is nestled in the heart of East Lothian, in the lovely conservation village of East Linton.
The Linton Hotel is run by husband and wife team, Pat & Jackie Cairney. The hotel is very relaxed 6 bed roomed hotel, with Steakhouse restaurant, Coffee Lounge and bar, situated in East Linton.
Proprietor Pat Cairney, is a butcher by trade, and is aiming to create East Lothian's very first dedicated steakhouse within the restaurant in the Linton Hotel.
The Hotel has undergone a renovation programme within the last few months, with the new re-vamped Linton Hotel offering a cosy, rustic, country feel, with oak floors and tables and soothing colours, which we hope all our customers will enjoy.
The downstairs Coffee Lounge offers drinks, coffees and light bites all day, with the
Steakhouse being located upstairs in the restaurant, offering the very best local steaks
sourced from none other than Pat’s
old employer, John McKirdy of Linton Butchers. Other local suppliers include James Dickson (Fishmonger), Mr Neep (Fruit & Veg), and Di rollo (Ice Cream).
If you don’t fancy a full meal, we have a great range of ‘light bites’; morning rolls, soup and rustic bread, toasties, paninis, baguettes and rolls with a range of fillings, and lots of lovely sweet treats.
