Review of sales. My wife and I have used Bill Bannister for the sale of two properties in the last couple of years, and had a good experience with both. One buyer pulled out part way through, and the team were very quick in getting it back on the market quickly and helping to find a new buyer. When problems have arisen, the team have been quick to inform us and help to address them. With one property in particular, I felt they went above and beyond what would be the expected level of service. We've had dealings with a range of estate agents over the last couple of years, for various reasons, and I would say that Bill Bannister was the best experience by far.
The team do a fantastic job all round. Always on hand to advise and guide on all property matters. I cannot recommend more highly.
You start your journey meeting Bill Bannister who has been in the market for many many years. He is endearing and puts you at ease and then when he hands over to his dedicated team it just goes from strength to strength! All the team are lovely to deal with but Jane was an absolute star. It is a very stressful process and she was so patient with me during the most frustrating areas of this journey. She gets on the phone and sorts things out and is very pragmatic with her approach. If you use them alongside Thurstan Hoskin solicitors they really do make a dream team. Thanks Jane, you are still my favourite!
The moment you become a tenant they are rude and hostile towards you. I've rented of them twice with ten years between experiences and whilst they have new members of staff, they've not changed. Am currently in a bedsit of which there are nine in this building, nobody has a single good thing to say about them and my experience of their rudeness and hostility seems to be a repeated experience.
Letting not sales. So unprofessional. I got an email from Jackie confirming viewing. I called 5min before and found out the agent had gone to wrong property. But Jackie assured me that she'd sort it and call me back within 5mins. I am still waiting almost 3 hours later. Called them again but my call was dropped.
