It's a shame all the reviews I've read do not match my Aunt's experience. The lack of care and experience in this place is really disappointing especially for someone that has terminal cancer and is coming to the end of her life. Care and dignity should be the top of the agenda here and it's been a catalogue of errors since my Aunt has been in their care!
Disgustingly run place, management are not managing anything but themselves. Staff have attitude and no respect for residents. Overheard alot of conversations of carers talking about other carers in a vile way. Alot of bullying going on and management just sit back and let it happen! CQC need to pay a visit
My Grandmother spent her last few months here, the staff were amazing, always had a smile and gave all the residents great care, I went to see my Grandmother every single day from 1pm until 10pm all I can say is the staff were wonderful .thank you so much for giving my Grandmother great care and happy times in her last few months ofnher life x
My mother was in here after coming out of hospital outstanding staff and care
