Lindon Manor looked after my mum who had dementia with love care and patience. The staff are kind and careing its like one big family. Thank you all who work there.
Terrible. Visited my grandma a few days ago and found her dirty, smelly with horrible hair and painful legs. The staff are ignorant and don't do anything with the patients or listen to the guests. Someone needs to look into it.
Went and visited my gran at the weekend was not impressed with the fact she had conjuctivtus and her hair and nails where filthy also smelt of urine, I went upstairs to her room and found a incontinence pad on the toilet floor used seen no interaction with any staff member towards any off the residence
I am so happy to volunteer at such an amazing home! There are so many activities to do with the resients and I feel part of the team!
I visited my mother today found her hair a mess not washed her nails very untidy.I noticed her legs were red and asked if she had cellulitis a staff member didn't know she went to ask all I got was shes got cream no one would discuss it .No staff interaction with residents or with visitors cant believe no one came to speak with me.rl
Under new management. Not as friendly as it was.
