Alan, of Lincs Repair, is a genuine master craftsman with leather. Not only that but he's a real nice guy into the bargain. My daughter has an expensive handbag that I foolishly tried to repair for her with disasterous results. I called Lincs Repair and spoke to Alan explaining that I'd ruined a quality handbag and asked if he could suggest anything to do with it. He calmly told me that nothing was irrepairable and, as I live in Lincoln where Lincs Repair is based, suggested that I took it round for him to look at the following day. To cut this story short, Alan worked his magic and my daughter once again has a quality handbag as good as new with absolutely nothing to show that it's been repaired. Top quality and very highly recommended.
