Really unhelpful, I will have to collect my parcel from Grantham, I was told it's not our problem that you won't be in when we deliver your parcel. When I asked what other options there were, I was met with silence. Poor service, poor telephone manor, my only option is to travel to Grantham after work, not much of a courier service.
