Nice shop, good variety. However, the tills... Almost always takes longer to queue and pay than it does to stroll through each isle. The ladies do try, but there are never enough. This is without anyone even holding up the line by 'gambling' on whether lotto machine is actually going to work, or the slow till that cannot be used. Maybe revisit even just one or two self serve tills?

I dont know the ladies name and I can not find a phone number for the store. My 15 year old daughter just came in, in a panic. I am in Broughton. She doesn't have her bank card on her phone and she has left it at her friend's house. Her female monthly has arrived and she didnt realise she didnt have her card. So she got upset, I asked her to speak to a female to talk to me on the phone so I could pay over the phone. Whoever she spoke too didnt even need to speak to me just bought her the sanitary items. This woman whoever you are, are the kindest soul and have restored my faith in humanity! You are a credit to that store and I am forever grateful for the kindness you have just shown my daughter! Happy to repay you of course!

Always clean with friendly staff.nThe queues can be a somewhat long sometimes, but on the plus side it gives you time to remember the three things you forgot to put in your basket!

It's gone down hill lack of staff at tills and some staff are quite rude and abrupt with customers one member of staff today forgot to swipe my co op card and put the receipt in the bin I asked for she is never really friendly or welcoming atmosphere to me. Debbie and karen and carol are the best staff some younger new ones are good as well but others need to learn manners and be a bit more friendly

Fine for fairly basics. Also Costa coffee and sandwiches etc.
