I have never been so disappointed with the way this firm has treated me. They had my file (due to secure law folding) from November 2015 until October 2016.  They did not do anything to help my case despite being told that they would email or phone me, they should have made an appointment for me to see an interdependent medical adviser, NOTHING HAPPENED   I did phone them a number of times and just got fobbed off. 
FIND A DIFFERENT FIRM IS MY ADVICE
