Has to be the worst station in the country. Buses leave when they feel like it, I've now missed 3 busses in 4 weeks because there's never anyone at the desk to buy a ticket with contactless... even when it says the times when there should on the glass!!! Easily the most unenthusiastic, lifeless people on the planet. You're working with the public pull your heads out. If it could be 0 stars it'd still be too much.
Staff are pretty rude and buses come too early and leave too early so if your on time for your bus it's gone by then
It's a clean bus station with shops and cafe near by. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice and clean facilities.
