I bought a pair of brown boots in october of last year , only worn them once to my dads funeral when I came to put them on again, I noticed the material was pealing of I took them back to the shop I was told I couldnt get a refund . I sent them a letter to which I didnt get a reply I even saw another pair exactly the same in a local charity shop with exactly the same problem they obviously shouldnt be being sold . I would never buy anything from them again its not funny when your on benefit an now stuck with a pair of boots I carnt wear never again .
