I bought my blinds from Lillian's blinds a while back. They are very reasonably priced but the quality is also brilliant. Every other price I received for exactly the same blinds was extortionate in comparison. I am writing this review now, as I had an issue with my blinds recently I caused the issue and the aftercare I received from them was amazing. I couldn't fault the service. They made everything easy for me and made me feel valued as a customer.

I have used Lillians Blinds in my previous home and cant fault the team from start to finish , after numerous set backs with our new home , the girls in the shop and the owners have been so patient with us with nothing been a problem , fantastic family run business with genuine people that deliver excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend the company to any one I know 100%
*PLEASE THINK TWICE*- We bought blinds from here and although the fitting was fine- the quality is poor. The blinds have frayed off with the threads catching round the coils.I waited in twice taking time off work as they don’t come out after 5pm. I waited in again for the owner - John - who didn’t turn up this time on a weekend. No communication to say they were not coming. When trying to speak to John he shouts at you !! No customer service at all and certainly not what you would expect. John talks the sales talk but no after service if you need it. Not a professional business and don’t expect any level of decency other than the poor lady who answers the phones and is lovely. No prospect of complaining as he is the owner- I payed a lot of money - I have learnt an expensive lesson.
