I went to Lilac Grove Auto Centre to get my brakes change. I was sold on the lifetime warrant brakes. These brakes were so cheap. When they put them on, they were squeaking even more then when I brought my car in to change them. Lilac Grove Auto Centre told me it was normal, that I need brand new rotors to completely stop the squeaking. 4,000 miles later, they were still squeaking like no other. I brought it to different mechanic, got new brakes, and now I’m driving happily squeak free. The mechanic told me, if the brakes were brand new, they shouldn't have looked so thin already. So either Lilac Grove Auto Centre sold me old brakes, or cheap brakes. Either way buyer beware Lilac Grove Auto Centre is a waste of money.

Took our corsa in for an mot, full service and a bit of work. Excellent customer service, it's definitely a garage you can trust. Would definitely recommend to others and will be taking our other car there. Thanks again Maria :)

if i could get away with giving no stars i would.i only went to have a new tyre put on because it was near my house.apparently even that cant be done correctly.Drove 4 miles home on it and when i got in the car the next morning the same tyre was flat!!! When i rang they told me i must have picked up a nail or something.... they told me they could come out to me in 5 hours time "but there had better not be a nail in it otherwise ill charge you" and i was also told i was "making too big a deal of it"!!!! i took it to 3 more local independent garages who both looked at it for free and confirmed there was no "nail" in it and the tyre hadnt been sealed properly when fitted!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE

They Are Very Rude -----They Also Claim To Fix a Part & Then Will Break or Losen other Parts at The Same Time SoYou Got to Come Back------- if You Love Your Car or Family You Will Not Go There

Have been for a few bits and bobs as live locally, they have done some work without charge as was only small jobs. Brilliantly friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me in some instances :)
