Saw Blood Brothers - was outstanding. Lovely venue. Great bar and chill out areas. Lovely and clean. Downside so 4 stars - Seats don’t have much leg room, but fitted my 34” legs. Can’t squeeze past people so up and down during seating. That’s ok but demonstrates the narrowness of the seating rows.
Came here to watch a Bjj event and it was really good. Drinks are fairly expens with alcohol free beer being £4.20 for 330ml.nPints at £6.50nIt's a good location as you have a good court opposite the venue
Such a fabulous venue for live music. Saw Paul Weller here on 4/4/24 and it was utterly magic. Great size to be big enough for a good crowd but yet still managing to be intimate enough that no matter where you are you have a good view. It has a fabulous floor too!!! It moves!!! With everyone jumping and dancing you could actually feel the motion and it heightened all the fun and drama, truly magical place. Toilets were a little on the small side for the amount of people but the queue for these even at peak times wasn't too bad and the bar was very fast service. I'll be keeping an eye on future events here for sure.
24 October 2025 improvised Jane Austen play- we were in seats costing £40+ so expected a decent experience. Many of us in this area heard very little in the first half so complained at the interval to very dismissive staff. None of them were interested and denied any problem- so we left, as did many others.
Lots of great shows, also has a very reasonable priced cinema, excellent transport links
