This is far the worse surgery I've ever been under. They don't care how bad you feel. Their short and rude which I find funny, doesn't respect work both ways? .. Avoid this surgery, I'm moving to another with my children ASAP! I've been with them for years and the trust has faded rapidly! My daughters been left for over 2 years in agony.. your have to fight just to get a call back from a doctor. Thus is disgusting! I miss it when doctors would actually come out to your home if you were too poorly. They say all appointments are booked but when you eventually get one and go the waiting room is almost empty! Funny that. I've never written reviews before but made this Surgery an exception.
I have found that the access via the on line consultation is very easy to use and has saved a lot of time instead of waiting to try and get through to appointments on the phone. I had a call back within 3 hours inviting me to attend for an appointment in two days time. My issue was fairly urgent, but did not need a same day appointment. So very satisfied with the service.
Phone lines for prescriptions queries are abysmal.nYou press option 2 and it's just continually engaged. No queuing system in place. Just engaged tone for about 60 seconds then...... You're cut off. You either die of old age waiting for them to answer or die of lack medication as you can't get through. Found out this was due to prescription line not actually being open. WHY ASK US TO PUSH 2 TO GET THROUGH THEN. Anyone with iota of intelligence would make sure there was a recorded message asking you to call back when the dept was open.nObviously their new phone system is brilliant..... NOT!!!nAlso, be good to know how many face to face appointments with doctors are actually made per week and, how many doctors are actually working in there on any given day. I doubt it's many as you only see about 4 people at most sitting in the surgery and most of them are waiting to see the nurse.nMaybe practice manager can tell us on here. No data protection problems telling us this info.nAverage number of face to face appointments between the surgery opening times of 8am to 6pm will do. Divide this between the amount of doctors in surgery and you have your answer. Maybe tell us how many phone appointments are done per day on average too. You replied in previous reviews that you'd taken on more staff to answer phones etc. Not much point if they are only answering phones to say NO as not enough doctors in the building.nYou don't need to be Einstein to work that problem out.nIf the surgery has more people answering calls why is it taking so long to talk to someone. I'm on phone now... Was number 26...47 minutes later I'm now number 9. Not exactly a speedy service. Be honest... Tell us how many people are actually answering calls once appointment line. If it's more than one that's not a good average time for a response.nGETTING RIDICULOUS NOW!!!!nRang again today. No 34 in queue. Used option for them to call me back when I got to front of queue. 75 minutes later and, still no call. How is that possible?nSomeone usually responds on here from practice. However when it's asking questions they don't want to answer how many face to face appointments how many people answering calls etc they say nothing. Grow a backbone and be honest with patients. Tell the truth.
Couldn’t ask for a better dentist Charlotte is amazing , any problems I’ve encountered they have resolved as quickly as possible! The reception team also deserve credit to there amazing, I suffer with major anxiety and I’m always at ease under the care of this practise!
I’ve been at this doctors for 30 + years and I’ve had doctor Baldwin as my doctor for 10 years +. Dr Baldwin is an amazing doctor professional, compassionate always gives 100 %, a great doctor to my family. The only downside to this practise it can be time consuming to get an appointment, I have been 37th in the que before even though I rang at 8am on the dot, but all doctors surgeries are the same in that respect. It’s just one of those things.
