Great selection of products including cards, ideal gifts etc. Sadly I was advised I couldn't pay cash as they cashed up at 5pm despite not closing until 5.30p. Not really my problem and I ended up being inconvenienced. Need to review this. I only purchased cards birthdays, occasions etc, no offer of a paper bag to keep them in good condition on my onward journey. Even a bit of tissue paper would have been sufficient. Therefore customer service deemed as average on this visit. Shame. I hope there's an improvement on my next visit.

Visited Saturday. Lovely shop lots of interesting gifts. Bought some beautiful jewellery for a friend plus a treat for me. Helpful and friendly member of staff. Will definitely return when I next visit Henley.
