Awful store.nRubbish all over the place, literally one member of staff on one till. Self serve checkouts not manned. Had to ask him to leave his till to authorise the checkouts.n4 out of the 5 parking meter machines are broken.
Not a bad shop. A bit limited compared to the one in St. John’s but it’s understandable due to the difference in size. Only real problem - recently I’ve been buying fresh stuff but it gets bad real quick. I bought these yesterday and today they’re already like this, after barely 10 hrs in the fridge in an airtight container. It’s been a problem with veggies and meat as well…
Bad lay out. Most stuff has no price label on the shelves so have to keep asking the staff. Not cheap as it claims. Some stuff is expensive than other places.
Seriously understaffed, dog treats were leaking and maggots were falling out, I did mention to the till staff and security but they were too busy trying to manage the queues and watch the doors, there was no floor staff. You have to scan your receipt if you park in the car park, I forgot and had to do an extra 5 miles to go back so I will not be returning to this store. Worst one I have ever seen!nnSimilar reviews previously and clearly not bothered other wise they would work on the points raised!
Good store. Has produce, bakery, all grocery items. Sufficient self check out tills. I asked a couple of questions to staff, they were helpful.
