Not too bad for some basic groceries but be prepared to find a lot of off brand things that are very bland. The only good things are the bakery and the vegetables or necessities but prepare to be disappointed when looking for snacks and drinks.
Love Lidl bakery so here I’m for my bakery stuff. Location is good right in middle of town centre. Some staff members r really good n helpful but on other hand someday r worst. What I don’t like long queues. They have some really good products which worth value money. Big parking is plus point.
I had an extremely negative experience at Lidl due to the behaviour of a staff member named Orellia. I used the self-checkout because there was absolutely no signage or indication that it was closed. There were no notices, no barriers, and nothing to suggest customers were not allowed to use it.nnDespite this, Orellia approached me in a rude, confrontational, and unprofessional manner, speaking as though I had done something wrong. This was completely unwarranted. It is not the customer’s responsibility to guess store procedures based on vague cues like baskets being placed nearby or the absence of staff.nnThe lack of clear communication from the store combined with such poor treatment from a staff member is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with basic respect, especially when the confusion is entirely due to the store’s failure to provide proper information.nnThis incident reflects very poorly on Lidl’s customer service standards. I expect better staff training and clear signage to prevent situations like this from happening again.
I would like to give my review based on my experience I had last year. Either last year or before the year had past, can't remember exactly.nnHowever, I was not treated well by the staff of the self-service machine. The staff refused to attend to me, instead she went to attend someone.nnShe knew I was struggling to see the screen while there were people waiting for me, still she refused to help me. It was then that the other female staff decided to go open the till to avoid making a scene.nnI decided to give my review because I do not want this to happen to anyone if it happened to me. It made me feel not to go shop there for this staff behaviour in the self-service machine.nnHope I receive your response. Thanks for reading my experience complaint.
Clean and tidy wthl auto checkout as well as traditional tills. Staff on hand to assist if required
