We use to shop at Lidl serval times a week and we loved itnStaff was friendly and helpfulnShop is well maintain but now they put in place self checkouts and gates at the entrance and exit which makes you feel like a criminal.nEvery time when red light starting to flash member of staff running through your shopping like they certain you put something on the bottom of your bag you didn't pay for.nMy bakery items were thrown on the floor out of paper bags and left there by one of their staff while searching , when I politely asked about it, they said they still charge me for it but I can go and get new ones I had to go and get those myself after I finished shopping with my shopping bag left next to the gate At the end of all of this you need to scam your receipt to leave the shop . For some people that may be ok but for us it was a reason to move to Aldi permanently and we won't be coming back. Thank you
New self service scanning ok that's good no more queues , but the guy walking around wery annoying constantly comes check your bag if all scan, and after all that still need to scan your receipt to get out ,feel like prison
Well stocked Lidl plenty of parking, access to main road can be tricky but the locals are polite so all good!
This store is so badly run that every aisle is littered with stock that the staff either can't be bothered put away or they don't get time. I find myself either moving their stock out of the way so my elderly mother can pass. Only yesterday Friday 18/10/2019 a stack of empty of boxes fell on my mother, I did think about complaining but there just doesn't seem anyone around to speak to. Lately I have found that the local supermarket prices are better than this store, so we properly won't be shopping here again.
Always very friendly staff, very well kept store always tidy and easy to find things. Never had a bad experience and happily travel to this store over others because the staff are so great.
