This shop is a much needed addition to Pontypridd. Unfortunately the entrance to the store can be a “take your life into your own hands” situation as a lot of people leaving the store seem to think they can take up all the road. 

The shop itself is nice and big so you have plenty of options to choose from, not everything is a bargain but there are plenty of bargains to be had. 

The fresh bakery is great and really enjoyable.

Good variety of offers and usually well stocked. Not a great place for a quick shop as there's usually quite a queue at the till.

If I have to shop I go here. Some of the staff are more amazing than others. Very friendly. Typical Lidl though in only ever have 1 till open. Apart from a Sunday at 3.30 when a miracle happens and every till opens. It's worth popping in just to see this phenomenon.

Fresh bread straight out of the oven. Couldn't get a loaf anywhere else but Lidl saved the day
