First time visiting this store. Nice, well stocked , clean & tidy inside. Good selection in store & the chap on the till was very friendly & professional. Need to check the parking set up though as, I didn't notice any signs but a friend told me you need to validate parking with your receipt, even when using a disabled space. Parking aside, great store
I also got a parking fine. I’m one of tens or hundreds even of other people by the looks of the reviews. The really sad thing is it’s Mum’s with their kids, elderly folk, young couples, first time shoppers who will likely be put off coming again, but also people with not a lot of money. I purposely seek out a Lidl or Aldi because I don’t have much money. It’s the whole point of them isn’t it? To offer an affordable shopping experience. So, that these people are then having to pay parking fines due to lack of proper signage, reminders, or anything?! You need to do something about it obviously because it’s a massively reoccurring issue. Lidl - you comment on these posts offering to look into it if we provide your receipt and parking fines. Not sure about anyone else but I don’t keep my receipts so that’s really not a sufficient solution. Please please, don’t subject more people to this unfair, badly designed system
Good sized, very clean, well stocked branch.nI've been in loads of Lidl's around the country but never been in one with such generously wide aisles !
Just received a parking ticket,for my first time using Banbury Lidl. I didn't see any signs. I was too busy focusing on GPS and getting my toddler in and out the store safely. I will never go back. £45 down someone else's big pocket.
Fairly large lidl store,often busy, plenty of free parking on 90 minuete stay, you need to scan receipt, enter car registration on way out
