Good value , and most of the staff are helpful but one lad who works there is one of the rudest people I've ever come across
Staff are rude. Told me I was banned from the store and called me a thief. I have never stolen anything in my life. I called to complain and was made to feel at fault. Whole company is vile - shop at Aldi. You have my name, if you can tell me when I committed the transgression I will appreciate it. Halesowen must have dodgy water
Excellent customer experience, staff very efficient and always very helpful. A+++ shelves well stocked and kept tidy.
My only real complaint with the store is the really poor bakery. I can only think of one time in my last five visits where the bakery has actually been decently stocked. I went at 8:45am this morning and it was bare. No bread. Nothing. I’ve given up hoping to get any of the bakery offers on the app as the corresponding product is never in stock. Today for example it was a discounted Jam donut in the app. Yep, non in sight. The frozen section is also poorly stocked. If it wasn’t for the hope that one day I might get lucky and find a nice selection in the bakery I’d just go to Aldi down the road as it’s a much better flowing experience to your shop. Overall shoddy bakery aside it’s Ok here. Not great but Ok. I wouldn’t change your supermarket to come here though. Maybe try one of their newer stores as this is tired and in need of freshening up.
Their fruit and veg are great prices.nGreat for a quick shopping visit
