While it is clean and well organised, the lack of self checkouts means that a quick trip for pastries can leave you waiting 20 minutes behind 4 people doing their weekly shop. Relying on cahier checkouts is ineffective and inefficient, and when the new aldi opens down the road, they will lose alot of business.
Lovely chap called Waid came to my assistance twice yesterday morning.nHe spent a short time sorting out a small problem.nVery friendly, polite, professional and patient.nA big thank you to him.
My review is regarding the service with the shop. I was making all groceries here for the last year because of the EV charger. Starting now the Charger Works only with Lidl app now and it does not accept cards. The result of this journey is that it was impossible to charge my car and so to make my groceries. You lost one customer with pod point for the charger and on Lidl on the shop.
