Seriously gone downhill. My last time shopping here. 10am Friday morning fridges, freezers, very low stock. Seems a weekly situation low milk, eggs. Then to make things worse, when you get to checkout area, only 3 tills open, each with 8-10 people cueing. As I finally got to till, an announcement was made that 1 till was closing. Lots of people complaining. Sainsbury's more expensive but better stocks and not the queues as here.
I use this a lot and staff and products are good at a great price . However with the new Aldi opening it needs to consider a self serve checkout for the smaller shops which both Sainsbury and Aldi have. Also I have given up on the app as no signal at all in the store.
Why they don't have self service chekouts is beyond me. it's simply not worth queing if you only have a couple of things. i've dumped my stuff and walked out a few times.nCentre isle is practically a legend.
My favorite store! Specially limited offers! This store's quality is high. Especially in food and fruits and breads
