Has been my go-to place for groceries for some time now. Easily accessible by U1 or U2 buses and a several other Bluestar buses too.nnHas a nice range of bakery items and fruits. Has an accessible toilet as well. IMO the prices are quite good and the quality is too. Staff has been helpful for my inquiriesnnI would recommend it!
Lidl - what is up your recruitment methods and / your engagement strategy that you have such a rude and sarcastic person on the door ?!nnI encourage you to check the body cam that she was wearing to verify the following completely unnecessary situation.nnWe arrived at your store to shop, there were lots of vehicles in the car park so the operation seemed normal.nnWhen we got to the door, this person told us that the store is closed. Unfortunately, she spoke so fast and was not allowing for all of the noise around of other people talking, that it was really hard to hear her.nnI asked her what would happen with the car parking charges . She didn’t listen to the question properly, she interrupted me and talked about the contractors using the car park.nnI said “Sorry you have not had the question properly”, what about car charges for parking in the car park? How do we register our vehicle?nnAgain, she didn’t answer the question, I said to her the ANPR - you have cameras in the car park.nnSHE SAID TO ME, EVERYBODY KNOWS THE STORE IS CLOSED.nnReally? We are not local to this store and wouldn’t have know and many people were trying to gain access that she was having to stop. The fobbed off comment was inaccurate.nnShe stopped talking to me and turned to have small talk with a contractor who was leaving the shop. She completely ignored me standing there.nnBeing far politer than she had been to me, I waited for her conversation to finish and I sought clarity as to the car parking charges again.nnShe told me, YOU’VE TAKEN THE RISK BY DRIVING INTO THE CAR PARK.nnI told her the service was shocking, and that’s when she begun to be sarcastic by repeating what I said back to me. As we drove out of the car park, she suddenly had the attention for me to give me by giving several sarcastic facial expressions and thumbs up. Yet, she couldn’t give me attention to respectfully answer my question nor seek help from store management.nnFortunately, a contractor had overheard the conversation and followed us and explained that it was a different system in this particular Lidl compared to our local Lidl where we do have to register our vehicle.nnHer conduct is arguably in breech of any company disciplinary procedure and I would urge you to investigate it. There was no need to speak to me in the manner that she did
Cheap food and groceries. Highly recommend and they've got a minnie trolley for toddlers which my daughter really loves
It is a standard Lidl experience. Offers all the Lidl products. Has an electric charger in the back for two cars. Very close to the avenue main road. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Overall a good supermarket like any other Lidl.
First time coming to this store. The parking was ample and free. The shop itself is on the larger size compared to other Lidl’s I’ve been to. The selection was not great. There was a lot of stock not in place which was disappointing. Urgently needed restocking and there were quite a few in the store at the time shopping. There are self service tills which is useful.
