Usually a good store but the app keeps failing so you don't get your discounts. Just get sent off to ring customer service. They gave me a £5 voucher which I then couldn't use and the store manager couldn't/wouldn't do anything to resolve it. Walked out without my shopping. At least put a sign on the door to let people decide whether to buy the free/discount items before they put them in their basket.
Love the bakery here, good selection of different foods, groceries, plants, flowers, home products, seasonal products like camping. Go in for a pint of milk come out with a trolley full of tools. nCan't beat the middle of Lidl!!nRecommend Lidl based on their fair prices and good quality products
Honestly, my favourite supermarket. Cheap products, helpful staff. It's always a quick visit here unless I get sucked in by the middle aisles
Pound for pound the best lidl I have been to as parking no issue, never that busy, clean and always plenty of stock save for fresh baked items where always seems to be a lack of. Only marked down due to that and also because last visit issues with the tills accepting the app. Purchases registered but wasn't able to use any of my vouchers which meant no discounts and vouchers ran out before could try using in another store.nUpdate 29.3.24 : Been a big improvement since my review. Made several visits and no issues with app and bakery section also much improved. Revised rating to 4 stars.
Lidl was clean tidy keenly priced, they have a lovely bakery section which is always tempting as you go in. The middle isle has been tempting me, I bought a battery chainsaw and it has been terrific I thought it was good value.
