It’s a good store, probably the best I’ve been to and close to home. Deducted a star because the Lidl Plus App keeps failing due to ongoing IT issues at the store. Manager has told me they are on it and hope to have it fixed by the new year. If they do I’ll be adding a star!
Solid shopping place. Cheap and good quality. Plenty of off brands at a significantly cheaper price. They do put the original brand in the middle of the knockoffs though, so tread carefully. We loved those strawberry chocolate bars, price increased and now we no longer buy. Shame. Overall great shop.
Usually a good store but the app keeps failing so you don't get your discounts. Just get sent off to ring customer service. They gave me a £5 voucher which I then couldn't use and the store manager couldn't/wouldn't do anything to resolve it. Walked out without my shopping. At least put a sign on the door to let people decide whether to buy the free/discount items before they put them in their basket.
I experienced out of date stock. LIDL employees picking their noses then not washing their hands and a very rude store manager, Kirsty.
This Lidl is making a surprise for the second time. I think I'll change the store. I have a Lidl closer but the price is 10 pence higher. Does 100 kWh x 0.10 = 10 pounds make a difference? Electricity is getting cheaper everywhere. Great Britain is not dependent on Soviet electricity. I'll ask why?
