No till opened. 10 in queue for self service. I don't wish to use. Was forced to and would not weigh my cashews . 4 attempts. Chaos in there. Then 1 till gets opened?. Bring back tills and humans. Won't be back until they do . Great before all thus
The staff in this store have a terrible attitude. Spent £98 on my shopping and I couldn't get my £1.70 parking refunded, contrary to what was written. Will never shop here again, have to be Aldi if I want to go local
I went to the sovereign centre to buy dinner and a few DVDs, as I was in the queue for self checkout members of staff kept looking at my bag of DVDs, I paid for my shopping and went to leave the shop.nAs I was walking the security snatched my bag of DVDs from my hands in front of about 20 customers and went through it and pulled out a empty DVD case... another member of staff had to tell him they don't sell DVDs. Not the sharpest obviously.nAt no point did any of the staff ask to look, nor did they apologise the only reason security did was because it was forced.nDisgusting rude little people that work her.nJudging by the other comments your staff also like to bully young mothers and their children as well so this should of be of no surprise.
Staff are disinterested in making the slightest greeting, not even a hello, making this perhaps, yes, the cheapest supermarket, but also the worst in customer care. No personality, character, or any real customer service... If you can't even offer a smile, then a job where you are in contact with public is not for you.....
Very good quality and cheapest also the bread they makes is very good
