Great Lidl! Always clean, well stocked, and the prices make my wallet smile. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I can usually find everything I need in one trip.nThe only dangerous part is going in for milk and coming out with a random power tool, a giant pretzel, and a week's worth of snacks... but somehow that's part of the Lidl experience! nHighly recommended!

lovely tidy store but the guy on the till probably needs to go on an attitude course to make the customer experience just a bit better! He grumbles and simply scans everything in seconds, far too quickly but darnt tell him to slow down incase he punch's me on the nose.

Hello,nnI would like to leave a complaint about the Lidl store in Carmarthen.nnWhenever the Latin/South American Week happens, I'm very happy to be able to find Brazilian products, especially cheese bread, which is a product that I really like to buy.nnHowever, unfortunately, I realise that Carmarthen's store never seems to receive these products. Today I went to the store again precisely because of Latin Week and, once again, I couldn't find the Brazilian products. What I find strange is that other Lidl stores have these products during the campaign.nnThis is the Lidl store closest to my house and, therefore, when I want to buy these products, I need to travel to another city to find a store that has stock.nnI would like to know why the Carmarthen store does not receive these products during these thematic weeks and if it would be possible to improve the distribution so that this store also has the products available.nnThank you for your attention. I hope you can check this situation, because it would be very good for customers in the region to also have access to these products.

I love this Lidl store, always has great products and everything is fairly priced. However, there is male staff member, don’t have a name blonde hair, cannot ID check he is pretty consistently there. His customer service ability is extremely poor; as someone who also works in customer service I can appreciate you aren’t always happy going to work. But in the end it’s your job, you have to be kind and happy to help. This man is rude, unhelpful and blunt. It has put me off shopping there in all honesty.

I love lidl store in Carmarthen but there is always one bad apple and as usual it was a male who managed to humiliate me and make out that l was in the wrong no repect for women at all shame on him
