Excellent car park, convenient and well laid out store, very modern and new which helps a lot. Hard to fault really as everything is as you would expect from Lidl, great pricing, generally very good availability
Every time I have been in this store the customer service has been great. Today on the other hand well. I went to the till to get served the woman was serving and then . Said to me what does that say I am closed . I walked to other till then spoke to another woman. To which she said I am sorry but not much I can do she's the manager. Well if she's the manager don't think much of her customer service her staff are better.then carried on talking to her friend. Yes her till was closed and there was a sign saying but I didn't notice it. But to turn round say what does that say . Shocking customer service especially from a manager .
My husband and I shop at Lidl every week and we are more than happy with the quality and variety of the fresh produce from fruit and veg to the various meats on the shelves, which provides good value for money. The store is clean and well presented. The staff are friendly and give good customer service making for a great shopping experience. In particular I would commend Coleen and Fiona who go out of their way to be helpful.

Checkout staff 2140 10th May 2024 ridiculously rude. Practically throwing items at us after scanning. One item thrown to the floor and nothing but disinterested displayed by this member of staff when this was pointed out to him. We retrieved this item from the floor ourselves.nThis member of staff alone is the reason we shall not return to this Lidl any time soon. Otherwise as good as any other branch of Lidl.
