What a great customer service. A helpful young gentleman named Jack or Jake sorry I’m not really sure told us about extra £5 off discount and he even took time to type it into my Lidl app. Small thing but perfect example of going that extra mile for the customer. Thank you.
Shop was clean and tidy, staff very attentive and friendly. Checkout was swift and easy.
Goods were easily accessible. Staff are always very helpful. Good quality and value for money.
Lidl in Cwmbran is a great place to do a food shop or nipping in to get a couple of things. I find it quite easy to get in and out for a weekly food shop, and I've never seen it as busy as other supermarkets which to me is a bonus. Staff are friendly and approachable, prices are very reasonable and have a good selection of items. The in-store bakery is a nice feature which a good selection to choose from. We've switched from Asda in Cwmbran to the Lidl Cwmbran and it's cheaper as less stressful in terms of parking and how busy supermarkets can get. If you've not been before I would highly recommend a change of scenery and you may even prefer it like I do. All in all a good shopping experience
