Not busy at midday - well stocked, plenty of parking spaces and a very happy and helpful chap on the till. Only down side is the trolley doesn't take my usual token... so had to use the basket on wheels which I really detest!
Always busy, no staff to man tills! Never seen more than 4 of 7 open and always long queues. A shop built in 2022 with not even one self service. Walked out instead of waiting in line for one or two items numerous times now.nnEdit/additionnYear later, still exactly the same! Today, 2 tills open, over 10 people in each queue. Reason for it is no staff.
Friendly staff. Good range of produce. Competitive prices. Possibly need more staff to limit queuing.
Great and quality products, but poor customer service. Lidl seriously needs to invest in customer service training and people. Poor customer service heavily overshadows shopping experience of having great products.
Was simple to find what I needed,friendly staff too.
