I love our little local Lidle. The majority of the time, everything is going smoothly , the shop keepers and till assistants are very helpful and friendly. 90% of my shopping I choose to go there .
Stopped for EV charging whilst shopping. There was one 7KW and one 50kW podpoint charger - we were lucky enough to get the 50kW, so charged in no time. Five stars if there was an additional charger, as there is demand for greater capacity.nShopping great as always.
Pretty good Lidl usually you can find what you need when some of the other small supermarkets are out of stock. Easy access and never to busy.
Shopped here for over a year now, wait by the tills for my wife to do the shop then load it in to our trolley to get home. Today I got quized as to wether I was OK to which my reply was that I was waiting for my wife. She must have taken to long as I was approached again as to where my wife was. She was at the till. Why should I get questioned when waiting patiently. Not a good advert for Lidl. Usually a good experience but not today!
Lidl in St Marychurch Road in Torquay was rather disappointing when we first started shopping there in 2020. But now in 2023, it has improved tremendously. Full range of products, including vegan, and a really good bakery with artisan breads and other pastries. The fruit and veg is fresh and at fair prices.
