I've shopped at Lidl for many years now but in West yorkshire.moved up to Scotland now.In west Yorkshire the staff at Lidl couldn't do enough for you, here in Greenock that just carnt be bothered.we should of got our 10 persent off at Xmas but it wouldn't work at till.walked away and it came up.thay wouldn't do anything about it she just struged her shoulders.Then last week got 6 bottles of wine in a box someone had put a different bottle of wine in box not us .we said never mind scan it and see the price she said no.you will have to buy it then, so I myself had to take it back and swap it holding everyone up.The till staff all look miserable

I shopped in Lidl today, 3/03/24.  I saw that avocados were on sale with one box from Israel.  Avocados grown in Israel are generally grown on illegally occupied territory and grown by Israeli settlers.  Although it states on the label where they are from, most people will not examine this as the writing is so small.  Israel should be boldly marked on the box so that people can have the choice of whether they want to support the slaughter of Palestinians or not. I think most of us would choose not to.

Standard of fruit and veg has gone down in quality. And prices are creeping up thanks to Brexit.

I just love the store staff is so friendly shop sp clean and tidy
