Big store with a plethora of choices of all-time-favs items, brands, staples and even a one or two whims Ample bakery choice past the automatic doors to the left, well stocked veggies and fruit sections, meats and dairies are well represented with a good variety of cheese and yogurts. Wine connoisseurs may find really good choices and maybe even one or two favourites down the wine aisle. This is a rather large and complete store that caters to pretty much every need.
Shop in store on a regular basis always been happy with this store except for today, polish cashier recognised 2 friends in the queue and continued to communicate in Polish the whole time I was being served I was never acknowledged at any time, and they made me feel very non existent as a customer
Great shop and selection, my only improvement would be to have staff more responsive when queues build up. Sometimes you’ll be waiting for a while, especially if you are only buying one item.
I shopped at this Lidl and received a 90GBP parking charge. I think it's unfair and wanted to discuss with the store. The only way to communicate to them was via a phone number. They refused to help in any way, or me give me any contact details for any other part of the store including store manager or head office details, or take any communication in any form other than a phone call with no traceability or accountability except for the nameless, faceless person on the other end of the line who does not care and will do anything. They also said they have no other way for me to give feedback. They are perfectly happy to let a predatory parking company charge their customers 90GBP for any amount of overstay. I wouldn't bother shopping here again.
Terrible, stocks are low. Noone to complain too. Overcharged at the till. CHECK YOUR SLIPS. I WAS INCORRECTLY CHARGED FOR 3 ITEMS I ONLY PURCHASED 8 ITEMS. NOT ACCEPTABLE! All the photos are included BEWARE!!!! Your prompt reply has done everything to restore my confidence in the store, congratulations to customers service . Well done to you!!
