Really worst customer service .. manager be very rude I have valid id .but still refused...time 6.35pm date 2/02/2026 .. I'm refused 1st time because I don't have physical id then bring my id again I try to buy alcohol again he said once refused refused he said it's company policy he said ..he insulted 20 members front of side I'm really feeling sad ....me and me 3 friends have valid physical id but refused.. total staff against I don't know what's the reason the manager call the security also we are not thief.we are customers we have money....it's very very disappointed ...I went home then bring my id again he said once refused it's refused it's company policy I didn't see that any Lidl policy.... really unfair
I really hope you never need the toilet in this place was denied my basic human rights i know it says no public toilet facilities by i seriously needed to go today the man on the till blondish ginger ish hair took great delight in saying no to me because he thought protecting the staff toilet was more important im absolutely disgusted so he would rather me soil myself shame on you who ever you are hope your proud of your self i was going to make this my local lidl seen as my daughter goes to Barnsley collage and i have to commute with her from ossett wakefield anyway luckily I made it to aldi there toilet wasn't working either by when I explained she let me use the staff toilet so from now on im taking my custom elsewheren9/12/25nTime 9amnnIn response to Gemmanwhat more information do you need its all provided in this review you have the time date and can easily look up who was working that day it's not my job to sort your staff out im totally disgusted that I was put in that possition by a member of your staff and there were other members if the public watching me pleed with him disgusting
Unfortunately having visited the store on 24th Nov for 45 mins, I was with my disabled mother and parked in the disabled bay using her disabled pass.nAssuming this was free for disabled, a fine has been isdued up to £90. ST / S60 visitor from out of town.

Please clarify I bought alcohol same shop more than 100times I’m buying weekly 4 times I don’t know what is the reason..
Smelt really good, could smell the bakery section as soon as I walked in store but when I got there i seen a fly walking all over the food. This store really needs to put some doors on the food so it’s not open for flies.
