Conveniently located Lidl in the middle of Arbroath. As with other branches the bakery is absolutely top notch. One downside with this particular store is there’s no self service counters so queuing can take a while.nnGenerally it’s never too busy and the staff are all friendly and helpful enough.
I wasn’t kicked out in the first 5 seconds with my mates
Yesterday I had the best, most informative and helpful service I have ever experienced in any supermarket or store.nThe young man was a manager, unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name and patiently explained wine value and quality. When he saw that my husband struggled to use his app he came to the checkout and helped us.nHe was professional, polite, modest, kind and informative.nI have had a business myself and know that staff like this young man are invaluable.
Brilliant as always, good offers at all times..though a 10 and under checkout would be useful at times! One great thing is I can now get the offers from the app, I couldn't get them before as I don't have walk about Internet, but now I can just tell the cashier my mobile number and its applied. Great! The gree fruit spin has been fantastic. Magic
