Bought Bolognese pasta sauce from here didn't realise until after I had poured it over the cooked mince meat that the jar had mould in it. Expiration date had September 2028nnContact them to make a complaint, would have been happy with the money back for the meat at least but no there response was just £1.00 voucher for the sauce.nnTerrible company.
I had visited this shop at today evening I bought a battery and alternator tester. I used self scanner for billing. I paid £2.99, but exit time the beep sound turned on. The security asked me to show the bill I gave him the bill and purchased Iran and he said the bill and item is different.nThen I said I scanned the same item and paid £2.99nIf you have any doubts ask your team or do scan again.nI spend for this 3-5 minutes after one of their representative came and scanned which i purchased the same item. He said apologise to me and said it is same price.nActually it is their mistake, I bought battery & alternator tester. But when it is scanning showing name as oil filter wrench. But price is same.nnDue to their problem I was very disappointed mentally, I am using this store more than 2 years.nBut this is the first experience.nAfter the mental harassment they are saying sorry.
Beware of the African security guards they are very aggressive. Make sure you get the SIA badge number on their person and report them. Have been harassed by guard while shopping in this store. Not a nice experience at all.
Very competitively priced supermarket with an in-store bakery. The selection of fresh fruit and veg is in my opinion better than that of the bigger more established supermarkets. Plenty of parking.
I LOVE the bakery when you go in. I definitely recommend the brownies and hazelnut donuts and there so cheep!
