Honestly the staff need training and there’s a main woman laima who seems to love wandering about with her phone and could use with being shown how to crack a smile and serve some customer service awful staff standards honestly

Went for the first time since it opened yesterday and the experience was great. The store is massive with a great variety. The selection in their off sales is great too.nnThough have to admit I'm sad that the other Newry location closed as it was very convenient for me.
I was in your buttercrane store on Saturday 26th September beautiful store late afternoon the trolley that I was wheeling around caught the beautiful fresh flowers you sell in the shop and pulled the black bucket they were in spilling water on the floor so I stood beside it untill I could see any free staff .Lovely guy who was replenishing fresh fruit went away and was back in minutes with big machine to hoover up the water saved a lot of hassle and safety issues great deal lligence shown well done Lidle
