I went to Lidl for the First time and found it to be a Large Supermarket, with good Pram and Wheelchair access. My Carer found the aisles to have ample room for a Wheelchair and trolley. There are a good selection of product's arranged with easy access to the Shelves. A Great selection of named Products, as well as their own Products. A pleasurable experience, making the Family Shop a little cheaper. Try it for yourselves.
Disappointed with the Inconsistent Customer ServicennI recently visited this Lidl store and was very disappointed with the poor customer service I received from one of the staff members. While I noticed that she greeted other customers politely, asked if they had Lidl Plus, and even wished them goodbye, my experience was noticeably different.nnWhen it was my turn, she didn’t greet me at all—even after I said hello. She simply scanned my item, stated the total, and didn’t bother asking if I had Lidl Plus, though she asked the customer ahead of me. After I paid, I waited to observe her interaction with the next customer—and sure enough, she greeted them warmly and asked about Lidl Plus.nnThis kind of inconsistent treatment felt very personal and frankly discriminatory. No customer should ever feel ignored or less valued based on who they are. I sincerely hope Lidl addresses this issue and provides better training on equal customer service.
Great store loads of parking and never to busy so pleasant to shop as don't like packed supermarkets
Large store with lots of free parking and excellent stock level
Fresh produce looks amazing.. unlike at Tesco's down the road! In fact the whole store looks great, clean and tidy. The staff are polite and professional.nSo they haven't got 50,000 options to choose from, well let's be fair, we don't need all of that choice..
